My husband was looking up best burger joints in JC and he told me we needed to try this spot. Hubs was thinking it would be a nicer sit down but vibe was casual fast food like Shake Shack where you order from a machine. Nothing bad about that. Restaurant was clean but you just want to eat and get out as it was a sterile experience. I don’t eat beef so I got the Impossible burger while my husband got the Holypeno. Taste wise, ok, but don’t get the rave reviews that we read???? And our burgers honestly looked like McDonalds… flattened, sauce haphazardly placed. Packaging super cute but the worst offender was the stone cold fries. If they were atleast piping hot, I could add another star as I would then be satisfied for what I paid for. Was this because we went on a Tues night? Or would it be the same if I went on the weekend? I am not even a fan of shake shack but the burgers don’t come out looking as sad. Hoping this feedback helps to improve future customer experience.

Used to order from here couple years ago when I first moved back to Jersey. The quality was much different & the smash burger style wasn’t adopted yet. The desserts are awesome can’t go wrong with there signature fried Oreos. I’m highly impressed with the quality, staff and food in recent times.

If you are looking to scratch that burger itch, go to Diesel and Duke. From standard to interesting options, the burgers have that fresh taste quality that gets lost in many places. The fries are great as well, I recommend the Poutine (which is a meal onto itself). The staff is very friendly and pleasant. Definitely worth a visit.

ordered a standard double with a fried egg and comes with two very thin patties. Fried egg and cheese are good, they are a perfect combo. Overall taste is good but just too small, haven't even started then finished. Price online is marked up for every single item. It's better to just order in the store.

This was hands down the BEST burger my family and I had in a long time!!! Do yourself a favor and eat here. I got the Standard and added bacon caramelized onions and a onion ring. My daughter got the breakfast burger and my husband got the jalapeño. We all couldn't stop raving about how good it was. My daughter even ate the whole burger which she never does. We topped off our meal with a fruity pebble vanilla milkshake. We are not from Jersey but visit often. This will definitely be a place we will be visiting everytme!! The staff was wonderful too, Diesel and Duke is a all around win!!

Really tasty burgers for a good price. The peanut butter burger is nicely balanced with bacon and the peanut butter taste doesn’t overwhelm. The Smokeshow burger comes with a giant onion ring that gives the burger a great crunch. Cajun fries were also tasty. Cute location.

The location is convenient and esthetically pleasing, clean and bright. But the food is lack luster. I got a cheese burger, and it was just that. Kinda dry, no toppings and not even options to put on your burger. Definitely better burgers in jc. Generic smash burger with salty fries

Solid Burger spot! They just high quality beef and still cook it the way you want (not over cooked). Their specialty burgers have good combinations of flavors with everything in the right ratios. Fried oreos are done well, crispy outside …
